At Pivotal Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange within 30 days of your order’s delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at greg@pivotalgear.us. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You will receive a return shipping label via email.

Returns or exchanges will be processed once the item has been received and inspected by our team. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
